John Pappajohn funded the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center in 1996. The center is one of the five Pappajohn Centers in Iowa. Its purpose is to support the Drake College of Business and Public Administration's Mission:

To educate effective business and professional leaders by bringing the world into the classroom and the classroom into the world.

It is located on the Drake University campus in the College of Business and Public Administration at:
